Is your quality good?

At SOLESPEED, we proudly produce our sneakers directly from our own factory. This allows us to maintain strict control over quality and craftsmanship. Our versions are top-tier—so close to the originals that even your friends or family will find it hard to tell the difference. At the same price point, our quality stands out. Feel free to compare us with other sellers—you’ll see the difference.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Yes, SOLESPEED accepts returns as long as the product remains unused and does not affect secondary sales (e.g., no wear, damage, or missing packaging).
Please note: Our products are shipped directly from China, and all returns must be sent back to our warehouse in China. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

What if the package is lost or destroyed by customs?
If your package stops updating for an extended period or is confirmed to be destroyed by customs, please contact SOLESPEED customer service. We will arrange a re-delivery for you.
However, if the tracking information from UPS, FedEx, or other couriers shows the package has been delivered, we consider the order completed by default.
My order arrived damaged

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact our SOLESPEED customer service team and provide clear photos and videos of the damaged item for inspection. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a free replacement shipment for you—no extra cost.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide, except for certain regions in Africa and remote island areas. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our SOLESPEED customer service team to confirm shipping availability to your location.
